Colorado registered agent service, $96 a year, scanned same day.
Colorado requires every LLC and corporation to name a registered agent with a street address in the state. We accept your official and legal mail, scan it the day it arrives, and flag it so a deadline never dies in a pile.
What a registered agent actually is
The registered agent is who the state and the courts can reliably reach: service of process, lawsuits, subpoenas, state renewal notices, tax correspondence. The agent must have a Colorado street address, not a P.O. Box, and be available during business hours. The name and address go on the public record with the Secretary of State.
Why owners stop being their own
Serving as your own agent is legal and free, and it costs you two things money cannot easily fix. Your home address becomes the public, permanent, searchable record of your company. And service of process happens wherever the agent is, which means a process server at your door, in front of your kids or your customers. Sixteen dollars a month exists so that neither ever happens.
What we do differently
- Same-day scan of every official and legal item, with a flagged notification, so response clocks start when the document arrives, not when you find it
- A staffed Denver address where a person signs for service during business hours
- $96 per year standalone, or included with Business and Commons mailbox plans
- No renewal-season upsell games. The price is the price, published like every fee we charge
